Know Your Rights
The ACPA is working on a new project about access to health care. We hope to expand the information we offer to help you get the care you deserve in a new web section called Know Your Rights. You are your own best advocate, but having resources to help you is key.
The most powerful way to begin creating change is by sharing the impact decisions have on real people who are trying to make the most of a difficult situation. We know that many of you struggle with your insurance companies to get coverage for treatments, tests and medications.
If you have had this problem, we hope that you will be willing to share your story with us. Your name does not have to be attached to the story. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with others.
