Bravery is being the one who knows you’re afraid.

Franklin P. Jones

Fear. Everyone is afraid of something. Even people who are strong must confront fear. The difference between the strong and the weak is the strong are willing to address the problem in spite of their fear, while the weak stand still allowing their fear to control them. There are no guarantees in life. Just about everything we do has some risk involved. The question is: do you want to remain stagnant or are you willing to take a risk to continue your journey through life? Are you willing to allow your fear (fear of the pain) to prevent you from living life in a way that promotes your dignity and self-respect? If you are, then you need to begin to recognize your fears and willingly confront them. If, by chance, your plan does not work, use what you have learned to make another attempt when the time is right.
